DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS) BASED ON THE TOOLS AND THAT INTEGRATES WITH THE SOCIAL REGISTRY

- We are currently working on the design and development of web based and integrated Social registry and program MIS to support the operation of the cash transfer program in Marshall Islands. The MIS platform will include modules for user administration, targeting, registration, payments, compliance monitoring, program monitoring, and grievances.
- The MIS will be made interoperable and capable of exchanging data with other information systems, such as the civil registry (on births, deaths and marriages), health information systems, and other agency systems such as migration and Marshall Islands Social Security Administration.
- The beneficiary database (social registry) is currently being developed to be used by other programs such as housing assistance, disaster response, etc.
- During the system development and implementation period, GCS team will train and transfer the required knowledge to the government counterparts as a part of the capacity building measures,
