scope
The Government of Nauru under the Social Welfare Division (SWD) is responsible for administering SP programs which primarily include birth benefit, elderly benefit, back-to-school benefit and disability benefit.
GCS was contracted by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the design, customization and integration of software components required to support pilot implementation of the beneficiary registration and tracking platform using GCS ‘convergence solutions’ as the foundational design framework.
⦁ In coordination with the ADB IT team, evaluate the business requirements; conduct a gap analysis on the backend design architecture framework customization needs to implement the system modules and relevant software components needed to support the pilot implementation in cloud services using ‘convergence solutions’ customization;
⦁ Develop data standards, backend procedures and definitions for the data dictionary (metadata); Develop scheduled job, procedures, packages, triggers, sequences, etc;
⦁ Develop system module, database architecture optimization, basic reports and relevant software components needed to deliver complete and functional system;
⦁ Perform all necessary software testing, debugging, upgrading and modifications of software requested by principal technology advisor and ADB task team;
⦁ Apply software development methodologies to develop, implement and test system and software components.
⦁ Under the guidance of the ADB IT team, provide technical support to perform system installation, configuration and deployment of the pilot system in the cloud facility; perform necessary measures to apply industry standards data security techniques.
